We Create Pathways to Prosperity in Black & BIPOC Communities
Through proven programs in food entrepreneurship, cultural preservation, and community connection.
Community, in action.
This is what fuels everything we do. We provide the spaces, training, and networks that empower residents not only to participate in, but also to lead, the decisions that shape their future.
We put people first.
As a result, change happens.
In neighborhoods like Bayview Hunters Point, we see residents building thriving futures—launching businesses with our support and using their collective voice to shape the community.

Our Impact
Our initiatives, such as Ujamaa Kitchen and the Food Pavilion, have launched over 40 Black and BIPOC food entrepreneurs and engaged more than 500 residents and artists. By celebrating heritage and fostering opportunities through vibrant events and partnerships, we shape policies that reflect community priorities and drive transformative outcomes for the Bay's cultural and economic landscape.
